License, restrictions, delivery mechanics, and responsibilities for purchased datasets.
Acceptance
By purchasing a dataset from TradeDataHub you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
TradeDataHub sells downloadable CSV datasets of contractor and trade-business listings, organized by city and trade, by state, or as a seven-state pack, with scope, record counts, prices, and verification dates shown on each product page and summarized in Data Quality.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. After a successful payment you receive a signed download link that is valid for 24 hours and allows up to five downloads of the purchased file. Lost links can be re-issued by emailing tradedatahub@gmail.com with your order session ID.
License
Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased dataset for your own internal business purposes, including research and outreach planning.
Restrictions
- No resale, redistribution, republication, or syndication of the raw data or substantially similar derivatives.
- No use that violates TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the DNC registry rules, state privacy laws, or any other applicable law.
- Inclusion of a record does not constitute consent to contact that business or individual; obtaining required consents is solely the buyer's responsibility.
- No use for unlawful purposes of any kind.
Data provided as-is
Datasets consist of business-listing information compiled from publicly available sources. They are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Records change over time; see the verification dates disclosed on each product page and in Data Quality. Inclusion does not constitute consent to contact.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. If a delivered file fails to match its described scope, contact us so we can make it right.
Availability
The site and delivery pipeline are provided without an uptime guarantee. If a delivered file fails to match its described scope, we will work with you to correct it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeDataHub's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that dataset, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The version in effect at your time of purchase governs that purchase.
