What you receive
Every purchase delivers one CSV file through a signed download link that is valid for 24 hours and allows up to five downloads. The file's scope (state, city, trade, record count) and last-verified date are shown on the product page before you pay.
Request window
Refund and correction requests may be made within 7 days of purchase. Email tradedatahub@gmail.com with your order session ID (starts with cs_) so we can locate your transaction quickly. We respond to every email.
Eligible circumstances
We will correct the file or issue a refund when something has gone wrong, including:
- a duplicate charge for the same product;
- a materially incorrect or mismatched dataset — the delivered file does not match the scope described on its product page (for example the wrong state, city, or trade, or a materially different record count);
- a corrupted or otherwise unusable delivered file;
- inability to access the purchased dataset that TradeDataHub cannot reasonably resolve.
Because datasets are delivered instantly as digital files, successful delivery or download followed only by a change of mind is not eligible for a refund.

If something went wrong, please email us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly or issue a legitimate refund. Contacting us first does not waive any statutory, card-network, or other non-waivable rights you may have.
What is not covered
- Successful delivery or download followed only by a change of mind.
- Business outcomes (responses, conversions, revenue) from outreach using the data.
- Record changes that occur naturally after the disclosed verification date.
