This policy describes how TradeDataHub handles information when you browse this site or purchase a dataset. It applies to this website and the purchase flow only.

Information we collect

• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Card numbers never pass through or rest on our servers.
• Contact details (such as an email address) only when you provide them during checkout or when you email us for support.
• Operational logs maintained by our hosting provider (Netlify), such as IP address, user agent, and request time, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Basic usage events (page views and outbound link clicks) used to operate and improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not require account registration. We do not sell buyer identity information to anyone.

About the datasets we sell

Datasets are business-listing records compiled from publicly available business and licensing sources. See Data Quality for fields, coverage, verification dates, and limitations. Inclusion of any business or individual in a dataset does not constitute consent to be contacted; buyers must obtain all required consents before outreach.

Service providers

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy)
• Netlify — hosting, functions, and logs (Netlify privacy policy)

Retention

Purchase and support records are kept only as long as needed to deliver products, handle support and refunds, meet tax and fraud-prevention obligations, or as required by law. Operational logs follow the retention settings of the relevant provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise a right, email tradedatahub@gmail.com with enough order detail for us to verify the request. This page is not legal advice and does not exhaust your rights under applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. The version in effect at your time of purchase applies to that purchase.
